It's "fair" I have it and use it occasionally when I want to start a chip repair over. It has a good chemical solvent that strips the touch up paint off. The idea is that it is supposed to remove the excess blob of touch up paint but in reality it takes off too much and if you do it correctly you shouldn't have a big blob anyway! You are better off going to an art store and buying some really good very fine paint brushes and simply taking your time to smoothly and patiently fill in the chips. Then if need be, wet sand a little and buff out the sand marks. In my experience that is what has worked best for me and my clients. Good Luck

i used it. It was really difficult even when i followed directions. it would eat too much paint every time. I can never get a flush finish. I ended up using wetsand and it was much more effective and quicker.
