Interior Care

What suggestions do people have for taking care of the leather interior on a 2007 TL Type S?

What about the dash and doors?

Welcome Laakness! I use Zaino leather cleaner and Zaino protectant. It cleans well and smells terrific.

What do you guys use on the dash for cleaning/protecting it? I used to armor all my last car but think it would stick in the holes in the dash above the steering wheel, the dimply area.

Clean first with the woolite solution, then wipe with a damp cloth a few times. Follow up with a dry cloth, then with some 303 Aerospace Protectant. This stuff is some of the best you can buy for your detailing arsenal. It'll help protect most interior surfaces and as well will restore plastics such as mud-guards, wheel wells, etc.

Clean all surfaces with a mild soap and water mix (inc urathene covered leather), rinse and dry thouroughly. Treat all areas with Cockpit Premium (contains UVR protection)

Is there any certain product you have to use on the fake wood parts on the doors and by the shifter console? Or can you still use the 303?
I also hear people use the APC diluted 4:1 how exactly do you dilute to this ratio?

fake wood doesn't need anything but a wipe down

4:1 4 parts water .. 1 part APC eg: 4 oz water .. 1 oz APC = 5 oz cleaner
