How to repair paint scratch

I have a few scratches on my doors that I want to get rid of but I'm not sure how deep they are. I took pictures in order to attempt to get some feedback on how I should approach this. Would a something like Meguiar's Scratch X be enough or would this require a full sand/paint/clearcoat deal?

I hope the pictures can help a bit. *Sorry my car is really in need of a car wash*

The doors were scratched by a pillar in a parking garage:

And I also have a scrape on my front grill. Any suggestions on how to color match that part?

the scrapes...usually those go straight to the metal esp if it was caused by a pillar. you MIGHT be able to lessen the effect of the scratch with a DA polisher and compound/polishes. however, if it's down to the metal...respray at a body shop if you want it done right. the bumper...respray. again, only if you want it to look right. if you half ass it, the area that was "touched up" would start to peel off over time along with the rest of the paint in the surrounding areas. or you leave it as an eye sore.

I will try to polish/compound out the scratches on the doors, if it looks decent. I want to try and fix it myself before going over to the shop.

As for the bumper.. I was looking for a quick fix with some paint/marker because I plan on getting it wrapped/painted matte black in the future.

If you are gonna wrap the car, why are you worried about the paint?

It's because I will only be wrapping the grill and I wanted to fix it up in the meantime. I don't think I'll get it wrapped for a few months, waiting on other things first.

The doors on the other hand.. I want to get fixed up.
