Help! Quick Detailer dried on bumper and cant get it off

While I was getting gas, I sprayed some Meguiars quick detailer on the a spot I had on the back bumper, but then realized I had no towels with me, so I hurried home to wipe it dry, but I had discovered that it had already dried, and now it has left a mark on top of the paint, and I can't seem to get it off. I have dried regular soap, paint cleaner and more quick detailer, but it seems like it has made a hard wax coat on top of the paint, anyone know how to get rid of it?

You may want to try 3M rubbing compound (Fine)that works on fine scratches or a pre wax cleaner or gel bug remover. Most likely it will go away with the rubbing compound.

My wife ran into the my Coleman cooler in the garage with my brand new Cl-S and it left white dull scuffs on the front bumper and the 3M stuff worked great and no scratches are visible after a good buffing.

She is allowed to use my Cl-S under close supervision. I am a neat freak with my cars

Time out. Don't get to abrasive on it.

1) try dawn soap detergent
2) Iso Alcohol

This is going to sound rather silly, but have YOU tried calling Meguiars and asking one of their "experts" what to use?

A lot of the companies have people that will help you out (I've called for help -- thanks Sal Zaino).

Here is the help line for Mequiars:
