Hardwater spot solution

Alright so I have always been plagued with hard water spots on my cars paint and windows. No matter how much drying I would do, I would always have spots or streaks. I recently bought a hose filter and a water softener cartridge. First time I used it I didnt have any spots what so ever. The car dried real nice with a towel and left no streaks or spots. So I am sure alot of you know about these filters, but this is just a heads up for those who dont. This is where I got mine from http://www.pwgazette.com/gardenhosefilters.htm

From the website (a description of one of the recommended filters):

A water softening cartridge that contains standard softener resin. Its lifespan depends on how hard your water is. But the good news is, you can renew it and reuse it indefinitely. If you’re looking for a cartridge to prevent spotting when you wash your car, this is your most likely choice.

Nice find Probmxstyle. I may have to consider.....
