What's up guys, would just like to share some of the work I did a couple nights ago on my new TL. I picked up the car a couple weeks ago and told myself I'm going to detail this far by myself. Man it's a lot of work but I enjoyed the process. In the pictures it will also show the products I used which I felt worked great. Very happy about these products as I spent a lot of money on them. Check it out let me know what you think. Take care!

Washed, Claude, Glazed, Sealed, Waxed. On the rims I Washed, Sealed, and applied tire dressing on them.
I will also post some interior pics later I cleaned and conditioned the leather all I need to do is apply the Serurm.

ENJOY!

That really looks great Kyrie! How has the Jetseal fared? I'm planning to do correction/polish and seal my TSX this weekend. I used Jetseal on the wife's Sequoia about a year ago and was pleased with the appearance of the finished product but it didn't seem to have the longevity I was hoping for.

Thanks man! And ya I am going through the same thing as you did a year ago. I thought it would last a lot longer but it did just until the end of winter for me. Overall though I am pleased with it I will use it again I'll just have to use it twice a year instead of trying to use it once a year. After using it I think once a year is good if your not an everyday driver. If you get some time I'd love to see the work your doing this weekend snap some shots if you can. All the best

Her truck gets driven ALOT! It is her primary vehicle for work (real estate) as well as being our family truckster and our best tow vehicle. I should probably plan on sealing it at least twice a year. Especially with the notoriously fragile Toyota clearcoat.

I'll get some pictures of my progress on the TSX and share. I washed it last night in the freezing cold and pulled it in the garage and started claying it. I hate doing things over several days but it's better for me to do that than to stay up all night doing it and then fall asleep at work the next day. Haha.

My paint is in nowhere near as good of shape as yours is but I'm going to do my best to keep it looking good for several more years. I love this car and it's about to get all new suspension so it seemed like the perfect time to get some cosmetics taken care of while I've got it off the road for a few days waiting on parts to arrive.

Lesson learned. Don't let your clay get to this point. I've used this clay bar to do several vehicles over a long period of time. It had gotten so full of dirt and contaminants that it was incredibly sticky and much less effective than the new bar I swapped it for. I couldn't believe the difference when I put them side by side.

It may help prolong the life of the clay spraying it with quick detailer before storing.
