Anyone try F11? Looks like snake oil to me. Just curious if anyone has tried it.

 

Don't get it. So many other products on the market that do a whole lot better for less money. Are you looking for something that works as a quick detail + protection or strictly for protection?

 

I usually use Mcguires quick detailer between waxes. I'm not really looking for something else. I am just curious about F11's claims. And yeah, it is expensive.

 

To be honest, for what it claims, you can buy Meguiar's D156 Xpress Spray Wax for about $30/gal

Also for not a whole lot more, you can use something like P&S Bead Maker which will give you added protection over something like Meguiar's D156 and a whole lot more slickness

And if ceramic based technology is more up your alley, Gtechniq C2v3 is what I use. I cut it 50/50 with water and use it once a month during the drying process.

I've been using it for a couple years and frankly i'm impressed. Much easier to apply, can apply to everything, molding, windows, etc. Does a great job. It doesnt live up to all their claims, but it puts on a great shine. My TL is 8 years old with 112K miles and looks like new.
