Has any one ever used this MF towel anything similar to it...It is supposedly called "Intense Microfiber" and is much rougher then comventional MF towels.

I got it with my Blackfire Kit off properautocare.com but havent used it yet. Here is more info on the towel Click here

Will it be too rough on my car....and when should i use it(for buffing off polish or wax, or never)

Some applications of polish or glaze can be difficult to buff off based on either the product itself or some error in application (too much, too long, etc.) I would reserve this cloth for those times where a normal buffing towel doesn't quite "cut" it. (pun intended)
