DODO JUICE Orange Crush on top of Blacklight
Hey guys been a while since I've done a review with the Cobra as the wax Guinea pig. Recently ran out of Pinnacle Souveran (which I absolutely Love) and just wanted to try something new.
Came across the DODO JUICE ORANGE CRUSH, which is specifically made for warm colored cars, as red, orange, yellows and gave it a shot.
Prep-
Washed w/-CG's Extreme body wash and wax mixed with some dish soap to strip the old wax. (if anyone has a better method to stripping old wax then using dish soap please add)
NO clay as it was not needed.
1-layer of gloss enhancing wax by CG's "Blacklight"
2-layers of DODO JUICE Orange Crush
Tires coated with CG's Extreme Tire Shine
The Jetting factor on the wax with the Torch Red factory Ford paint was nice, dare I say a little deeper then Pinnacle?, the car was given a really wet/diamond finish as I have experienced with most DODO JUICE products, and left feeling really smooth and glossy.
Wax is straight forward, apply waited 5-10 per recommendations and comes off just as easy, smells like Orange sodo.
Results with this combo were pretty nice, the car has def turned some heads with the new wax combo.

Any chance we can see non-manipulated pics?
The first is almost totally devoid of the reds channel and the last two are increasing levels of "my-eyes-burn" over saturation. The parking structure pic might not be altered, but based on the first and third, I am not confident.
If the wax is good, it will show without monkeying around with the pics.

The only pic that was manipulated was the last one, I added some saturation and were talking only 15 %...The first one all i did was lessen the exposure to give the shot a darker look with less light, all other settings are untouched, shot with a Nikon here you go. dis-believe it or not, but the top two are un-manipulated on all other categories... don't be a hater, just enjoy the fu*king information and review on a good wax. perhaps you should take notes so you can work on your piss bucket......you have to truly see this car to appreciate it in person and be a believer this pics are not enhanced minus the exposure and definition by using a high quality camera.
Burn your eyes on this.

Wow, so eloquent.
My "piss bucket" eh?
Since you have no idea who I am, what my cars are/were or how long I have been detailing my cars, let's suffice it to say that you are the one who manipulated the look of your photos to try to make your "wax job" look better.
I might add that I am also an avid photographer and those "high definition" pics look terrible, make your car (which I am sure does probably look nice) look worse and make you look like a fraud for completely over-saturating the last one and drastically de-saturating the first one. There is a photography sub-forum here, I encourage you to spend some time there and learn/ask/absorb.
The reds are so blown out in the last shot that you have lost image detail that would otherwise improve the presentation of your car. It looks like a bad attempt at HDR. Coupled with the fact that you are demonstrating the performance of a wax, it would be smart to simply not manipulate the images at all so people reading your review see unretouched photos of the wax on red paint.
Otherwise, enjoy YOUR piss bucket.
