Do you dry (chamois) a white car?
I do, Whenever I let my Taurus dry with just air it doesnt seem to have the same type of finish if I dry it myself....Theres are any waterspots (except on windows) but it doesnt seems as shiny/clear if I let it air dry...so, do you dry a white car?

How To Wash and Dry Your Car . This article tells you the exact steps to safely and successfully dry your car. I too, use a microfiber waffle weave drying towel to dry my car. It's the safest and most effective way. You can use a drying towel on any color car.

I would imagine if you let a car air dry, your leaving it open to contamination. meaning, anything and everything will adhere to the wet surface. Not only that, you leave it susceptible to spotting, granted which arent that noticeable on white to the untrained eye.
Minerals in the water will degregate your protection also.
