Detailing matte chrome trim on 2010 TL
I have a new 2010 TL that I just washed and waxed for the first time. After washing I ended up with some water spots on the matte finish (plastic) chrome grille and trunk trim. While waxing the painted surfaces I attempted to keep the wax off of the matte chrome but was not successful. I need some suggestions on how to care for the matte chrome trim on this car. Should I just go ahead and wax the matte finish even though it changes the look slightly? Is there a recommended cleaner and/or treatment for this matte finish? I do wax the shiny chrome (plastic or metal) with good results but this is different.
Thanks in advance for your assistance.

I don't know that anyone's found a good way to deal with the matte silver finish trim on the newer Acuras. I just hit it good with the washmit and then chamois it afterwards. The MF leaves waterspots. If you get wax on it, it doesn't look good, as you've found out.
