Clay Bar in Vancouver
Canadian Tire has to be the crappiest place to buy car stuff. I'm surprised they don't sell Jobmate wax!
That said, they do have clay bars from Megs and Mothers but they come with detailing spray. Anyone know of a source for just the clay bars?
The clay must be pretty common stuff to the art world. How about an art supply shop ?

Automotive clay is a petroleum resin product (polybutene) that contains abrasives. I don't think it's the same type or characteristics as those sold in art supply stores. That said, I know Clay Magic sells clay bars separately. There are also online sites like Exceldetail and Chemical Guys that do.
Sonus, Pinnacle, Griot's Garage - they all sell automotive clay and accessories separately. Check out http://www.detailcity.org it's an automotive detail forum.

Try www.carcaresmart.com. They're based out of here, and they'll ship for a reasonable cost to their mailbox in Crystal Mall right by Metrotown. Their prices are pretty reasonable for a Canadian store. You're probably looking for this:

They got a bunch of other detailing supplies there too.
You can also check out www.downtownautospa.com. (on 5th & Quebec near Main St) They sell products there as well. Just got my TSX detailed there on Thursday. They probably sell the clay there too.

If you want somewhere local, I know Gregg Distributors carries the Meguiars C2000 clay. They have branches in Nanaimo and Langley. It's a 200 gram container. If you look at their catalogue online go to page L59. It will be much better than paying shipping and all the duties from the states...
