A C U R A emblem in the back

A C U R A emblem in the back
My wife told me that something isn't right about the rear spoiler's light. I didn't take any notice. Today I came home and looked at the back of the car (we bought the CL-S almost 2 weeks now), I've realized that the A C U R A emblem in the back was way off the 1st A is close to an inch lower than the last A. C U R were higher respectively. Is this something I can ask my Acura dealer to reinstall the A C U R A emblem? 
I saw many other cars with emblems were off before, but mine was very noticable.

I don't have a way to upload my Acura picture (from the back), otherwise I post it for a good laugh.
I think so too (I should have any problem with the dealer re-do the ACURA emblem). if I drive the car around and others look at it... it will make a statement for Acura craftmanship.
