I have no idea how this happened but it did. Any tips on how to touch it up or even fix without replacing the bumper or repainting?

Just to be clear, I've done some pretty radical perfect paint fixes with wet sanding and a proper set of paint sticks, so...


And I think the damage is too severe and unless you want to learn all about wet sanding and paint sticks, primers, and so on, you won't be that happy...

That looks exactly like my bumper and my guy who does all my body work told me that he would have to replace the entire bumper. I know, tough break. Good luck with everything.

wow..that is pretty bad..and that hurts..i think u will need to repaint the bumper...
