those will DEFINATELY need repainting, you are looking at about a 300-400 dollar job...the bumper needs to be taken off and repainted....if you want to cheapen your car up and have it look like shit, you could always put touch up paint in those, but that is ghetto as all hell...youre gonna have to spend the money and be happy with the results..ive got some scratches on my front bumper that arent NEEAR as bad as that and they wont come close to buffing out..so now the car is going in the shop for a 350 dollar bumper repaint....

When to try it yourself, and when not to...
If you have scratches that left a tad of primer (as happened on my Maxima, the paint stick could be "filled-into" the scratches IF AND ONLY IF the primer was still on the car [it had an odd color primer and they color would be "off" if any repairs were done in an area without primer).
Once the scratches get too deep, you would have to buy a load of paint sticks (or factory paint), and it would take so much time and effort, that unless your looking for a trip to some "record book", I would forget about something that massive.
If it was a bit smaller in scope, and has the primer intact, I could suggest a course with some "filling-in", wet-sanding, and final polishing... (Not for the faint of heart...)
Finally, the bumper paint “generally” has an additive added due to the flexibility of the plastic (its got to flex a lot), and you would be having a lot of trouble without the right stuff…
