Black stuff on trunk/door caulking

I'm getting this black funk...looks like mold on the caulking/sealer around the underside of the trunk lid and around the bottom of all the doors. What should I use to remove and that's safe for paint. Sorry if this has been asked before..I searched and came up empty.

could possibly be grease leakage from the hinges of your doors and trunk

depending on what color your car is i would first just try to wash it off using hot water, if that doesn't work then take a little solvent(isopropyl alcohol) and wipe gently with a microfiber as it will scratch the clear if too much pressure is applied, obviously if your car is white or silver i wouldn't worry too much.

Mildew / Mould requires moisture to propagate find and eliminate the cause and then clean (Iz einszett 'Plastik-Reiniger') and protect (1z einszett Gummi-Pflege) the seals

if this is what you're talking about then its just a buildup of dirt from things like driving in the rain, parking under trees and not cleaning your car on a regular basis. you can try removing it with just soap and water, if that doesn't work then try a aerosol window cleaner, if that doesnt work then try a diluted degreaser while the car is cool, if that doesnt work then try rubbing alcohol while the car is cool, if none of that works you may have to take a day to completely detail the inside of your car because power washing it off may be your only option.
