Best Cleaner

What does everybody use to clean thier interior, tire, wheels, leather, etc. Is there any product that does everything. I've been looking around for the best types of cleaners that can be used more multiple applications and so far, this is what I came up with.

Carpet/Dash//Tire/Wheels - Eimann Fabrik Hi-Intensity Cleaner
Shine/Protect - 303
Leather - Lexol

What does everybody use?
