Best Air Freshener?
What have you all found to be the best air freshener for your cars? And where can I get 'em? I don't want to drive around with a cardboard strawberry hanging from my rearview mirror. :p

Best thing I have found is a can of jell (not sure what there called, I get them from the Dr Wash on Rt 50 in Chantilly. Cost about 7 or 8 bucks.

I have not used it but it looks inexpensive enough to throw away if you don't like it.

Well, I use and trust me it works...and keeps the smell in your car for as long as you keep this freshner...now you are going to lauch, but trust me it WORKS...
Bounce with Fabreeze scent...Yes the actual fabric softner towels that you use for the dryer for your clothes....you may lauch and you may think...WHAT!?
It works.....it really works...I used it in my Honda and I use it now for my TL...try it just place a box under your seat or just behind you on the floor of the passenger....
Let me know what you think...and if it works for you....

The Old Grey Whistle Test
Smells and Odours:
If the interior has a lingering odour from French fries, spilled milk, or misplaced baby diapers or wet pets, use a product that chemically alters the proteins that odour-causing microbes feed on (Auto Internationals Odor Terminator (Valuguard) most odours will be eliminated (http://www.autoint.com) that is non-toxic, non-allergenic, fast acting, without a cover up scent or an offensive perfume smell.
Removal of smoke, pet odours, virtually any organically caused mal-odour in carpet, seats, headliners, upholstery and heating and air conditioning ducts. As with all smell and odour removal check the cabin air filter, change as necessary
For odour from the air conditioning unit (1Z Klima-Cleaner) is an effective means for removing odour-causing bacteria, fungi and other germs. Spray into the interior A/C vents and allow product to work for 30 minutes.
It creates a healthier and fresh smelling environment for the interior of your car, change cabin air filter
Tip- turn off the AC but leave the fan running for the last minute or two before turning off the ignition to help dry the condenser and surrounding area. Also check the cabin air filter, change as necessary

Yeah Yankee Candle has a leather scented air freshener (cardboard I believe) - I love it - natural leather smell lasts for weeks on end. TIP - Don't expose the freshener all at once - little at a time makes it last much longer.

Fun place, as is DM north on Scottsdale and Shea. I have done both, and it is WAY easier to get drinks at DM North, since it is usually a semi-private party. I iwll be fighting for drinks in Miami this New Years... Have fun and be safe.
