'91 Berlina Black NSX Opti Coat
I got called in to give this NSX a once over after completing the owner's BRZ about 2 months ago. The car only has 56,xxx miles on it since 91, so it was in pristine condition, mechanically speaking. Unfortunately the paint looked like it has never been through a decent detail.
We decides on a 2 step process to do a bit more than "cleaning it up" as the owner was thinking about selling the car. There are numerous spots on the car where it looked like bird dropping had sat a bit too long, the entire front end was also heavily pitted, and about half of the car was repainted one time or the other.
Materials used:
2 bucket method
Karcher 5.85M with AutoGlos cannon
Microfiber Chenille mitt
WW towels from Richard Lin
AG CWC for wheels and tires
Megs APC+ for wheel well and exhaust
SV Wheel brush
Daytona speedmaster
Megs hyper wash
Rupes 21ES from Kevin Brown
Various MF towels
Various B&S pads
Scholl Concepts S3 gold as compounding step
HD advance polish to finish out the compounding haze
303 aerospace protectant as tire shine
Opti Coat as protection
I won't bore you with wheel cleaning or during washing pictures, I'm sure everyone sees plenty of those everyday..... so here are pictures of the defects

Kam: I've somewhat convinced him not to sell it due to it becoming more collectible (Prices have been going up lately). I'm sure if someone offered him 30k or something he might sell it though...... lol
