I'm 6' 7" and 330 lbs. I have the seat pushed all the way back and tilted quite a bit to make room for my knees and head. Also, I have to lower the seat all the way to keep my head from touching the roof. At stop lights, I have to lower my head and lean forward to see when it turns green. My right leg is "intimately" familiar with the center console :-)
However, even with all those things to deal with, I love my TL the 3 years I've had it. It is the first foreign car that I've owned, and it is much more reliable than the Chrysler 300 (which had a lot more room due to cab forward design) that I previously owned. The engine crapped out on it while under warranty and Chrysler took 3 MONTHS to replace it. I swore off American cars after that. I'm willing to put up with a little discomfort for a fast, reliable, good looking car.

I call point gaurd...lol 6'4" 175lbs. Fit great but feel sorry for people who sit behind me. Seat all the way back and leaned a little ways as well. Love the memory seats, because my wife is 5'2" and its impossible to get into the car after she drives it.
