Yellow DRL's?

I just ordered the yellow lamin-x kits for my fog lights because I have always liked the euro look of yellow fogs especially on white. Now I am curious as to what it would look like with yellow DRL bulbs.

Any thoughts?

And yes, now that I finally bought my 07 TL-S, I need to update my sig...

EDIT: google fail. 30 seconds and I found this...

Me likey.

It will look cool...there was a wdp I saw on here with em. That being said, on the fogs I would just order some 3000k's.

How would yellow fogs and/or drl's look on a MRP Type-S??? I'm thinking about going the same route as you bmccord, but not sure how well the red and yellow will go together.

I like the lamin-x because the lenses are yellow even when the lights are off. I do have a set of 3k HIDs from my M3 fogs but I am not sure they will fit. Can't remember what bulb type they are. I also have 6k low beam HIDs left over too

For now I am just going to run factory HID low beams, yellow halogens in the high beams, DRLs and fogs (with yellow lamin-x...for that piss yellow effect). I did this in my M3 (but with HID) and it looks sweet. With the yellow bulbs in the housing, even when the lights are off, ambient light refracts through the bulbs making the housings look yellow. Pretty neat effect imo.

Buck, I remember seeing a red M3 back in the day with the same yellow setup and it looked pretty sweet. I believe that is what turned me onto it.

If you provide a pic, perhaps someone will photoshop it for you.

Pictures are pretty crappy, the weather sucks here in Indy today, so the lighting is bad...and my point n shoot isn't the best.

I've had Luminics yellows and they were really yellow, though they burnt out in about 4 months (used as DRL & fogs on my '04) and cost about $30. I bought some Nokya's for $15 from work, they're not as yellow but do the job for the money.

Bucks13, I'll try to get a pic of my red TL with the yellow DRLs.

I bought Hoen Endurance Yellow fogs for mine ($45) and love how yellow they are, just not on my CBP. I think any white car with yellow fogs look great. I'm looking for a set similar to lamin-x for the wifey's PWP TSX fogs.

^People kept flashing their high beams at me when I had the white bulbs. Nokya Yellows fixed that problem for me.
