Where to buy/Program Valet Key?

I purchased a Acura that only had the 2 main keys, missing Valet Key. I gave a called to the local Acura dealership and they wanted $195 for the Valet key and programming. Is there another Acura dealership online that will sell/program the OEM keys for cheaper?
