Most stuff is holding up pretty well.
Little concerned about the leather, not as good as my wife's 2003 Pilot with 240K miles.
Goal is 20+ years of use

Almost to 90,000. Currently on blocks w/ clutch problem.
Replaced the clutch and flywheel 5,000 miles ago ($1,900), DVD/navi drive gone bad ($400), TPMS went out ($150), starter failed ($300) Bluetooth dead (unrepaired $?), passenger side seat warmer blown (unrepaired $?),
3rd gear sucks even with GM fluid, multiple ticks, rattles, and clicks, mismatched rear bumper, and generally poor workmanship. I'm sure I'm forgetting some other stuff...
After 6 Honda/Acura's, I'm jumping brands when I've grown sick of this TL.

I've also used one brand of oil for its whole life so when I tear it down before it goes to the junkyard I'll have some sort of testimonial as to how good or bad that oil works.

Got rid of my 2005 at 69,000 miles. Rear calipers seized and replaced. Front axels replaced. Lots of rattles and random noises. The transmission was also starting to shift hard in 2nd and 3rd. I babied this car too. Shame becuase I really liked the look of the 3rd Gen.
No problems with the engine though. I had a 2002 V6 Accord before the TL and it was virtually trouble free for 100k except for front suspension bushings.

Bought the '06 WDP w/ Nav & 6sp with 3 miles on it 10/3/2006.
178k and just came online to order new clutch/flywheel. Other than that, a few minor issues already covered by posters:
Bluetooth died- Known issue w/ Acura. Killed the batt every few days if not driven. Replaced BT module in overhead console, works fine.
Pass heated seat- what is it with wives wanting that on HI 24/7?! Replaced heating element under the leather. What a chore!
A couple of batteries.
A bunch of tires, but I get 45-50k from my Mich Pilots so I'm happy.
All maint done in-house. Don't trust the dealerships and not going to pay their prices. New tires and annual state inspection is all my mech gets out of me. I buy Service Manuals for all my cars and it's worth it!
Will need to buy 2nd timing belt, plugs, t-stat, water pump, etc next summer.

The color of the interior trim piece was too far from my interior so I took out the module and placed it in mine. Problem solved. If your BT module stopped working, this is likely your issue. Yes, it's expensive ($174 at oemacuraparts) but it's worth it.

Bought mine new in May 2004. Had 125k when I sold it in september. She is now in the land of the free! (Germany) where there are no speedlimits sometimes! I babied that car, and it's a same that it fell apart after 8 years. Literally, every month, something would go wrong. And it would cost me $500 on average to fix. In the last year I owned her, I spent north of 5k on fixing stuff that would randomly go. Enjoy the rest of your life baby. You will be missed. :3
Honda reliability, I didn't have any problems in my 1996 Accord (bought new) until she was 7 and a half. Maybe it's the terrible rush hour traffic and 2 hour drive into NYC everyday that killed these cars.

Purchase the Telephone Assy., Hands Free module that goes in the overhead console. Pick one of the following to match your interior color:
39770-SEP-A02ZB Light Tan
39770-SEP-A02ZC Light Cream Ivory
39770-SEP-A02ZA Moon Lake Gray
