With all the black and white going on it only made sense to get a fitting plate

Ahh, I was like, +38 offset why does it poke so much? Then I saw 15mm spacers.

I'll be on 18x9 +30. I wanna go 245 because I hate the rim's lip sticking past the tire.

Lol, yeah the +38 would be hella sunk if I rolled with just them and no spacers. I was dumb and should have ordered the +20 offset and 225 tire. That way I would have nice fitment without using spaces and plenty of clearance so I wouldn't rub.
18x9 will look nice but you really don't want to do a 235 tire? My rims are 8.5 and my tires are barely stretched at all. I know you don't care for the look, but I don't think a 235 stretch would look bad on a 9 inch rim. I guess it all depends on how low you want to go, if you're going to roll your fenders, and if you are going to buy a camber kit to make the 245 fit properly according to your ride height. But a +30 isn't super aggressive so it will probably all work out for you in the end and I just typed all that for nothing, LOL!

Yeah I was set on 235 until I saw someone with a 235 on a 9" I like the wheel to be flush with the tire. I'm not going super low and eventually I'll probably end up rolling fenders anyway so, it works out.

Wow that bad huh? I'm curious to see what it looks like now. The 245 and 9 inch rim will look nice though. Looking forward to seeing it all together!

I was thinking about getting that plate for my WDP a while ago! You need to get rid of the red in your tails to be a true Stormtrooper though

Today I washed my car for the first time in two weeks. I washed my girlfriend's car as well as my dad's car. I'm pooped.

Haha probably the lighting it's actually 50 % the just legalized front tint in Hawaii well up to 70 but my tint shop doesn't carry 70 so I figure 50 is pretty close

Based on all the stuff we do to our cars and how we are about them, I thought this would be hilarious to add in here especially because of the thread title. So what did YOU do to your 3g today......

Washed it and the wife's E92. Hopefully if the weather is nice this thursday I want to clay and wax it. Lots of dead bugs on the front and mirrors that are hard to come off.

Drove it like I owned it for first time in months. Bath and miles. She hasn't seen sunlight in over a month and a half.

Just finished plasti dipping lower grille, DRL ijdmtoy install, independant fog mod, AckTL05 headlights, cleaned, iSimple and some others. Didn't do it all today. But today was first day to drive it after all was done. And at night. And got a number tonight and had a killer awesome time with my car.

ok TODAY is here from last week. took the baby to the dealer for it's annual state inspection. got a number of compliments from the staff there also noted my squeaky clutch to my SA. the tech was trying to be careful not to leave his paw prints on my clean car. A for effort and a C for execution...he still left paw prints. that's ok...that's what's detail spray is for right?

they lubed the clutch pedal components (which i knew would not solve the issue) told me it's gone for now, but if it comes back we'll have to perform the TSB which will cost $2-400

i get back to the car unwashed and wipe down any areas they splashed through or left prints on the car. give the car a once over and all is good. get into start the car, press the clutch...sqquueeaakkk...ugh....WTF? i find my SA and tell him the squeak is still there and show him. so now he's gotta work some magic to get acura to cover the repair when i take it back to them. the TSB came out in 2011 which is WELL after my warranty was up. hopefully my service history and my ownership history will play in my favor. the next "today" will be in a few weeks to get rid of this squeak. /rant

the other thing i did: take a trip to the body shop and have them realign my drip molding and wetsand/buff a bad spot on my front bumper (from work they did to the car in january). all taken care of
