Water condensation in passenger headlight?

It's been raining a LOT here in Northern Virginia... and the humidity is unbearable.

To make things worse, I come out this morning and see my front passenger headlight is competely fogged over on the inside with condensation/moisture.

This usually indicates an air leak in the housing.

I only opened the housing up a few months back when I installed new fog bulbs.
I installed the Luminics JDM 2500K yellow 9006 fogs based on multiple reccoemndations from uses on this site.

What I did notice on installation is that these bulbs were WAY easier to install than the OEM bulbs were to remove... almost as if the bulb housing was a slightly too small and it was not making a nice solid seal.

1) Anyone else experience this problem with aftermarket bulbs?

2) I guess I have to wait and have the housing dry out and replace the stockers to see if this re-occurs. Could there be any permanent damage? Should I look at replaceing the headlight?

Any comments or help would be appreciated.

probably there was no permanent damage, just let it dry out, try seeing if the stock bulbs and the aftermarket ones have the same demsions, maybe the after market ones are a bit smaller. If they are smaller, try dabbing silcone around it after you put it in for a nice tight seal

My foglight bulbs are from Luminics but i got them in blue and i had the same experience on the hard removal of the OEM bulb and easy install and remove of the Luminics bulb but everything is fine for me.

About the moisture in the headlight... make sure theres not too much water in there.

When i smoked my headlights the passenger side had air leaks in it and i drove in the rain which cause my HID ballast to blew cause the water got into it....bad bad spent 100 on a used ballast compare to a $500 new from the dealership.
