Tint opinions?

So my old car i had black interior and exterior and had 20% all the way around so it looked fairly dark mainly at night and never had any issues, wanted to get 5 in the back and 20 up front its just i hate the appereance of mismatched tint, now on my 07 navy blue tl i have light grey interior and wanted to go darker for that reason and was meaning to ask do you think it would look like a drastic transition from the diver and passenger 15% and all the back windows 5%? I dont mean being able to see thru it wise i just mean how noticiable would it he that there different percents, drop some pics and opinions

This is a debate i had in my head to this day, 15 years on.
i want the darkness of 5% without the plastic window look.
So i had to settle for 15-20% tint because i want it to look dark and also see through because it looks nice. 5% just looks like a plastic panel and 5% is my ideal but practicality calls for the 15-20%. But one thing is for certain for me, same tint % all around. The mismatch is very noticable and bothers my ocd ass.

it bothers me too which is why i was wondering if it would be a crazy noticeable difference having 15 in front 5 in the back, i don’t mind the fact that it looks as if its a panel, just wondering how drastic the transition from front to back would be

I just did 15% all around and it looks much darker than my previous 20% on the TL. I think 15% all around would look great, but even if you wanted to go 5% in the back and 15% on the rest of the windows, the difference would be negligible.

my current setup is below (10 rear, 20 front), and while i also thought i would hate non-symmetry, it's been 9 years and i still love the look every time. i didn't want to risk it any more getting tickets for a dark front even though i've received 3 fix it tickets over those 9 years to remove it haha

if you want symmetry, go 20% all around, it's the most popular option right now

The transition would be noticed in the day time when light is shining through the windshield. During cloudy, evening and night, will look identical.
