recently when I took the wifey to the hospital, they had valet parking and I said, "no thanks" and parked her myself

weirdest thing!! So they actually caught the car in motion! The cop said it showed up on his lojack unit at 5:30 and they found the car at 6:30 with 2 guys driving on the freeway. They try to pull him over so the guys drive off real quick and lose the cops for a little while. They call in the bird and with lojack was able to track the guys as they were trying to ditch the car. they caught 1 guy and the other got away. They had scanners and walkie talkies that they were ditching also. Ignition was in perfect condition.
The odd thing is that when they ditched the car, it was apparently still running then about 5 mins after, it turned off on its own. that's what the cop told me. They still haven't been able to tell me how it was stolen yet, but a detective will get back to me later today.
Only down side is that they are keeping my car for a day up to a week to dust for prints and to do an investigation.
Car is in perfect condition btw.

Anything that is controlled by a computer can be hacked, it's only a matter of time.
Small claims court but it is a whole lot of BS to get it done. ALso if you have comprehensive, they should have taken care of all of the fees minus deductable (if any).
