^like the entire lip kit? not sure...
i did help another member wrap his 06 aspec kit (the gray pieces) in CF dinoc and it came out pretty sweet.

I didn't say I would do it. I just want to see it.
Nice, I'm doing that this Wednesday

Here is an example of the front lip with an entire wrap to help you visualize it. At first I thought it passed, but the more I look at it the less I like the idea myself.

I was actually thinking this exact same topic like 3 days ago for my 07 wdp type s. However all of the lip kit pieces done in real cf and not dinoc
I beg to disagree. I see potential possibly. Other cars can do it and it looks good

I was planning on doing this to the gray unpainted parts on my aspec kit when I repaint my bumper... does anyone know if you can spray clearcoat over the 3M DiNoc? If not I might do a test spray on something before I give it a go

^The picture he posted is clearly a WDP Type-S though.

Word of caution: Make sure you don't stretch the vinyl too much in the curvy areas. My rear is beginning to bubble pretty bad right in the main horizontal curve. Will have to re-do that soon.

Yes, you can clear coat the Di-Noc. I chose not to. However, I do hit it with 303 Aerospace every so often and it looks great.

Personally, I would not use Di Noc as it was never intended to be used outdoors. I would use 3M 1080 Scotchprint as it was designed for vehicle wraps, and has a longer outdoor durability. Even that is only warrantied up to 3yrs, and the expected life span is 5yrs.
Or, you can go with a little company called Hexis whose HX30000 cf vinyl (which is available in 9 different colors btw) is warrantied for 7yrs, and the expected life span is 10yrs. Plus, it's cheaper and their customer service is top notch. I've ordered twice from them, and they send me bi-monthly emails asking how I'm doing. They also send me free samples, and the latest brochures. They even just sent me a swatch booklet that's 1.5" thick that has a small sample of every HX30000 and HX20000 vinyl they make.
I've said it in other threads I have absolutely no affiliation with Hexis. I'm just giving my opinion, and trying to help what I believe to be a great company out. Plus, they have an FIA GT1 McLaren MP4-12C that I believe was the first McLaren to win an FIA GT1 race.
Don't get me wrong, I put cf Di Noc over all my faux interior cf pieces, my switchblade key and Honda key, the rear cover of my phone, hell I even wrapped my TiVo remote in Di Noc. I personally love Di Noc, but like I said earlier, it was never meant to be used outdoors.

Eh, full carbon fiber looks great on million dollar exotics, not so much on a TL I think.
I think the carbon fiber on the grey parts of the A-Spec kit is a great idea though. It's a cool looking subtle touch.
