Paint: Wolfgang's Paint Sealant (I'll never wax again) and here the car wash soap/detergent is important, Mother's Car Wash and then microfiber towel right away!
Leather: Zaino
Dash (Plastic/Vinyl Part): Aerospace 303 and sunshield/tinted windows
Tires: Vinylex
Carpet: Powerwash mats
Engine Compartment: Vinylex the rubber parts and clean the rest
Exhaust Tips: Nevr-dull

I use Shining Monkey for paint and tire shine, and Adam's for other things. Dry off with an Absorber. Soap and water to clean wheels (you really shouldn't ever let your wheels get so dirty that soap and water wont do the job.), and Eagle 1 20/20 for the glass. I use Zymol for leather, and Turtle Wax W/OXY for carpets.
Oh, and orange degreaser and tire shine on the motor and wheelwells.
*edit- Adam's has a 2-Step metal polish that makes EVERYTHING else look like trash. My intake was all spotted and dull, I tried Never Dull, Mothers, and Meguiars. Looked better, but still not very good. A few weeks later a friend did the Adam's 2-Step, and it looks like my intake is now chrome-dipped. Simply amazing results.
