Side of car clearance vs bottom clearance.
Bit of a weird question, but I was curious. I ordered a TL without a body kit, and was wondering if the side of the actual car came down a bit lower than the actual bottom of the car. If so, how much. There are some things I want to mount down there that I don't want to be visible from the road . They aren't big, perhaps an inch in diameter. Thanks!

I’ll be right back. I have to wash up from lying on the garage floor under the car.
There is about an 8” wide space running from about the front of the front door to the rear of the back door, between the door sill underneath piece (for want of a better term) and the frame member. There is at least an inch of depth there also, sometimes a little more.
