'08 Acura TL key fob
when I bought my TL it didn't come with a key fob, just the key itself. I'm trying to buy a key fob off of eBay. People say I have to buy a key fob with a similar part number as original. How can I tell which part number to buy since I never had the original key fob that came with the car?

You can get any key fob as long as the FCC ID is the same. If buying used on eBay which i assume you are, you'll need to buy a blank key for it and swap it over.
Also 07 and 08 TLs all came with the switchblade style keyfob and key all in one.
If you just have a key and just want the keyfob there's plenty on eBay, RSX, TSX, all work as long as FCC ID is same
