Seat Belts - Anyone Ever Used These Guys?
My driver's side seat belt looks like someone was eating off of it. I've tried cleaning it, but you can only get so many stains out. I was looking into getting a new seat belt assembly from Honda, but the cheapest price I could find on new OEM was $213.
These guys...
https://www.safetyrestore.com/
offer a service for $75 where they will replace the webbing and clean and service the retractor.
Wondered if anyone has any experience with them?

Does the seatbelt retract properly when you unbuckle? If not it's covered under warranty for the lifetime of the car. I had mine replaced today on my 98 civic beater car, and didn't pay a dime.

Here's a copy of my receipt. It was literally done less then 12 hours ago. Hahaha.

Don't buy one out of a crashed TL that has had the airbags go off as there is a small charge that locks the seatbelt in place when the airbags go off, thus making your seatbelt useless after an accident!

Wanted to provide an update. Went to the dealer today. The service writer went out to the car, pulled the VIN and the mileage and saw that the belt wasn't really retracting when it is unbuckled. Said he would order the belt and the buckle (they have to replaced as a pair). They are covered by the lifetime warranty so as soon as the parts come in I can stop back and they will change them out for free.
So a big thanks to Curious3GTL for supplying that information! If there are any other members with similar issues and happen to read this thread, hopefully they can get it taken care of under the warranty also.

Free seatbelt!
Let us know how the new one works. I am sure it'll be nice and shiny too.
