Runners/Intake manifold diy

So I have an 07 TL-S and I'm looking to put in a new CAI, TB, 3.7 IM, and new runner but I can't find a DIY for the IM and the runners and if someone can send me a link or something that would be amazing!

I did this on my 07 Accord V6:

Gained a huge gob of torque down low. It is GREAT for street driving.
