Roof vinyling help

Tomorrow I am planning to vinyl my roof. I need some help quickly. I cannot search because due to Hurricane Sandy I don't have internet so I am using my phone!

1. Are the roof rails (black rubber pieces) removable? Do they just pop off?

2. The XM radio reception antenna.....how can I remove it? Is it easy?

Ok thats all I need to know.

I don't have internet or TV and no one around me has power....nothing else to do except vinyl my roof.

1. Yes these are removeable, they are clips.. you'll have to start at the windshield side and move towards the back. Just use a flathead screw driver for this

2. This you'll have to remove via the 3rd brake light
