Depending on what year your TL is, you'll lose your foglights with the RJ kit. You're already A-Spec'd...why not stay with it?

Another one of these threads.. haha. You can't go wrong with either.. they both look good in their own ways. Personal preference. I prefer the RJ Kit and hence thas what I have.

TX-Elegant is "spot-on" !!! Click on the link and look at the pictures of his TL with the RonJon kit....outstanding. The RonJon kit is unique-you won't see as many on the street as you do the Aspec kit (if that matters to you). To me, the RonJon kit is a lot sleeker where the Aspec kit is boxier.

^^ Probably not. To really flaunt this kit I think you need 20's but you can get by with 19's, which is what I'm doing, but hands down the kit pops with 20's. Its because the kit hangs lower so it makes the wheels look a size smaller. You're 18's won't do it.. haha. Sorry trying to be honest. I thought about upgrading to 20's many times.. but that's mainly cuz I hang out with Trew too much. Dam FL people and their roads.. LOL

I won't get 20's for various reasons, but the 2 most important are because I live in NY and it would render the car useless for me on my roads and 2nd too much power loss and weight and anyone with 20's who says otherwise is lying. Heck.. I notice the robbed power between stockies and 19's.

Agreed. The Ron Jon kit looks a bit too Fast anf the Furious for me. I think its the "vent" cutouts on the corners of the bumpers and rocker mouldings. The A Spec kit looks more clean and grown up to me. But who am I - I don't have either.

Yeah it look fast. I was always worried about being so different because it attracts the good and the bad. I would get random thumbs up from all sorts of people driving all sorts of cars....but

The bad when I walked out to my car one morning and noticed that it was leaning to the right a bit and surprise surpirse both of my right tires were slashed and on top of that they knifed the car from front to back. I got sick to my stomach when I saw it. Ill dig around for the pics. that was over 2 years ago

I hate it ppl do that.... just want to slap the sh!t out of them.

I have the Aspec front end (which i love) but not really a huge fan of the back. I think i will only put the front on because it makes it look much more aggressive but classy. the rear i think looks sharp enough. if anything i would get the aspec front with the RJ sides and rear... i think that would look pretty cool... maybe?!

By the way, someone said earlier that you can't have fogs with the RonJon kit. Look at Raj's TL (Elegant Type S). He HAS added fogs, so it can be done!

i was reading through the thread when i realized that someone mentioned using the a-spec front, and RJ sides and rear. This is actually my idea as well, however I am considering keeping the A-spec side skirts as i am unable to really notice a difference between a-spec and RJ sideskirts (please inform me of the difference). I was just wondering if anyone has made such a combinatino and how the TL looks?

When I first saw the RJ, I was wowed and liked it more. Now that I am used to it I like the ASPEC more. They are both nice looking kits though. I don't know about the fit and finish on the RJ kit. I have read about them not fitting perfect.
