Replacement Door Lock Pins?

Anyone seen a source for decent looking replacement door lock pins?

Driver side door has a broken pin so I was looking for something. There's some cheap one's on ebay for $1, but they looked cheap. Probably will just get that if i can't find anything else.

The OEM one's i looked up online were expensive at over $10 a piece and made of cheap plastic (Link). I think this the Part No.: 72137-SDA-A00ZA

Same old OEM cheap plastic according to OP.

Unfortunately OP, you're not going to find anything out there short of the OEM cheap plastic unless you get a little creative

for the price of replacement at over $10 a piece from what I can see online. If the junkyard is much cheaper, then I'll give that a shot. Maybe the price will match the cheap flimsy plastic of the OEM. They stick up kind of high too which is probably why mine broke.

If it's going to be over $10 at the junkyard too, then I was also wondering if there was some sort of aftermarket replacement. There used to be some posts about some Accord replacements via a group buy on another forum, but I can't find anything current on that. I don't mind paying a little more if there are slightly nicer metal one's available.

.

Honestly, little knick knacks like that goes straight into my pocket. Hardly any value at the junkyard for little plastic pieces. Last time I showed these to the cashier, she rolled her eyes at me and told me to just take them. They make at least 10x-20x what they pay for wrecked cars anyway.

Yup! They sell the engine, transmission, a couple body panels and they make their money back already.

Not even. All TL’s go for $350-$500 wrecked depending on if the airbag deployed or not. The engine itself go for about $350. Transmission same ballpark. Then you have body panels, electronics, modules, lights, glass, trim, seats etc

He said he only needs one. Either way, even if it was all 4, 40 bucks isn't exactly bank breaking. Unless y'all don't even have a couple hundred bucks to your name. Then I feel sorry for all the poor life decisions y'all made in life.
