same part fits the front and the rear of the TL....
its a very very simple install....all you need is some high temp jb weld...
here is the front

I think you are on the wrong track here buddy...
the RDX covers are not to make the caliper look big but to make for a cleaner look....

so instead of having a big chunk of metal, you have a big chunk of metal in a flashy cover...
THAT IS FOR BASE MODELS !!!
for Type S Models and 6MT models, Acura already put a 'cover' on the big chunk of metal....I would just recommend, sanding, painting, decal...
if you live in a place where you see snow/ICE/salt, I would recommend the G2 caliper paint kit...its thicker and hence does not peel off or chip off....I will be doing this myself later this year....tried it on the wifey's Lexus and its on there, on there !!
best part, the whole deal wont cost you more than 30 bucks....

One questions for you guys that have had these on the rear for a while. I see most people say to use JB Weld or an RTV silicone to secure it. For some reason I see that just being a recipe for one to fall off not far down the road. Extreme conditions like hot and cold temp changes, vibrations, wet etc etc. Using those methods has anyone lost one using either of those? I would prefer not to drill and screw into my caliper if at all possible.
Thanks,
James

James, I have mine on using JB Weld and now for about 9 months without an issue...
the only time one messed up for me, was when I was removing a wheel and the inner barrel hit the caliper (kinda hard) and it cracked the JB weld...I took it off, sanded it down and put some new jb weld on it and back on it went....

That's the one. I don't recall if I used the hi-temp version or not, but that will do.

I got mine from dch automotive parts. It's a honda/Acura dealer out in California I think. They always have great service and an easy website to order from. They were cheaper than one of the vendors above even after the 5% discount.

Can I still use the "ACURAZINE" 5% off for my order? Also, can I pick my order up because I literally work 10-15 mins away from Del Ray. I rather save $8-10 shipping.
I do have them in stock, part# 45218-TX4-A00. Orders can be placed at www.AcuraOEMParts.com. Type 'ACURAZINE' in the comment section of the shopping cart and we will deduct an extra 5% off of the parts sub-total before we process your credit card.

Yes, you can use your ACURAZINE discount and save on shipping. In the comment section of the shopping cart, type 'ACURAZINE - WILL PICK-UP, DO NOT CHARGE FREIGHT.' We will deduct 5% off the parts subtotal and the shipping/handling fees prior to processing your credit card.
