If this stuff has already been posted in here, but after the clutter just to get to page 2, I'll just ask all my questions in this one post.
Year: 2008 (two days old)
Trim: Base
Color: Alabaster Silver
What's the largest recommended wheel size I should buy before it loox too tacky?
What the largest wheel width I can get w/o having wheels exceeding the front/rear wheel wells and to still a good turning radius on the fronts w/o rubbing?
Is there any kind of air suspension specifically for our cars or for cars similar to ours?
I'm confused on some threads I've seen with quad angel eyes. Did only the Type-S receive a shroud on the high beam? Do I have to have Type-S lights for quad angels? If so, will Type-S lights fit my base 08 with no modifications? Is there someone who makes them for order on this site? What is "switchback"?

the largest wheel i'd reccommend is 18, but most people on here love 19
most people do 8.5" width, some do 9.5" in the rear...
but if you go 18" don't stagger or the rear will look smaller than the front
the lower the offset the lower the turning radius... a 19x8.5 +35 all around will not lower your turning radius conciderably, but if you run 19x8.5 +25 it will greatly be reduces
air ride, tsx air runners, requires some slight modifications to the top hats, but they require a minimum 19" wheel to look good heheehh
the halo's are on the members disgretion, and is a straight diy mod (you'd have to search the main forum for those answers)
and yes the headlights do fit your car without modication
switchbacks are turn signal led tower bulbs which are white and switch to amber when the hazards or turn signals are active
thus the turn signals will blink white amber white amber, rather than amber off amber off

Thanx for the quick feedback, stillhere. And I was mistaken. My hi-beams are shrouded. Now i'll just have to search the forum to see if someone has done a "how to" for this. More questions:
The air ride mentioned for the TSX. Is there a specific website to purchase this setup from? Or do you know of any AZ members who have some in-depth knowledge on this?
Switchback. Is this a mod I can do myself or somekind of kit I have to buy?
An idea i've been tossing around. I had my last car for 8 years and never used the tape deck. Can't think of any conceivable reason to start now. Since our HUs have no auxiliary ports (from what i've researched) for adding other devices, I'm thinking of rewiring the HU to switch to another device (i.e. DVD player) when pressing the Disc/Tape button. I know anything is possible. My question is if you or anyone on the board knew the HUs inside out?

Item you would like fitment verified: Will the center caps from the link below fit my factory TL rims? I know the title of the add says one thing but I rather be safe than sorry or pay a crap ton from another site just for some center caps.

topic: tires
i see that most tire questions here relate to going wider or lower-profile, my question is in the opposite direction- could i use a higher profile tire for improved highway ride, and if so, how high could i go before running into issues? my car sees mostly highway travel and i'd like to get out of the performance tire category when shopping for rubber, as this car is my daily driver, and not treated or driven as a sportscar. thanks in advance!
brett
ps- i should also note that my car isn't lowered or modified in any way.

Okay, I'll give this a shot after getting no hits on either search function.
Do all late model Acura V6's (3.2L, 3.5L in RL, TL, Pilot) use the same oil filter (same p/n etc). I'm not looking for a debate on which brand or which p/n superceded the oem, just fitment. Bascially, can I use the same filter on my `07 Pilot, `05 RL and `08 TL?

Very confused trying to understand what you are trying to say
But here's my best attempt
You want foglights on ur lower grills
If so?
There's a few threads where people retrofitted accord sedan fogs in that location, this is the ideal method because modifying the type s lower grills will prove a tough challenge unless you are a very good retrofitter
Additionally, type s lower foglights are $200+ per side at your dealer
So the best way to go about is check ebay for accord sedan foglights, believe from the 05 accord....
Good luck, also search for that thread it will be extremely helpful

Ipod Integration
Hey there, I have a bit of a problem. I own a Canadian 2004 TL non-nave and non-XM. I want to install an Ipod integration kit in my car. I called the dealer and they told me they do not have a kit that will fit the 2004 model, only the 2005+. Do any of you know of a product or a work-around that I can do in order to get my ipod hooked up. I don't mind loosing the tape deck or even the CD player.
Thanks a lot,
David - Toronto, Canada

Check the sponsor section for a unit that's wired into the factory radio, I am not too informational on this topic, you'd really have to see the audio section, at the top (first sub-forum)

I have the 2004 TL and am fitting a 2007+ Type S rear bumper to my car so that I can add the twin-pipe dual-exhaust tips, can I buy just the twin-tips?
Is there a part number and price?
I prefer to just buy the tips and weld them on to my stock mufflers, If that won't work how do I find a Type S cat back exhaust system in my area?
Thank you,
Michael

if your current bumper is in good condition I would advise you to purchase the rear aspec
the exhaust tips unfortinately are not sold seperately you would have to buy the complete catback exhaust... or atlp or xlr8
