New Philadelphia area TL driver (first car) (plans)

Whats up guys,
Been lurking for a little while, decided recently to start posting here. Im 17 and im driving an 04 ABP TL, 5AT w/ navi.
im a senior in highschool, and i have been given an opportunity to mod my TL for my graduation project!
so far, i have hyper silver xxr 527s 18x8.75 +20 front, and 18x9.75 +20 in the rear.
i am lowered on function and form type 1s(i installed them about a week ago) and im waiting for them to settle in to do final adjustments and an aligment.
also debadged for what its worth lol

plans for near future(on a budget): mid muffler delete & dynomax resonator
considering socal 3" quads to fit my base bumper
tints
type s tails
cleared headlights

Sorry for the long post, but opinions would be appreciated!(pics coming soon)

Stage 3 sounds great IMO. It only sounds like crap when you go Stage 4 or do something silly like remove the rear mufflers altogether.

Welcome OP; those wheel specs are pretty aggressive. Hope you're planning to roll and camber!

thanks for the replys
would love to do an aspec kit or atleast a front lip, but not in the budget ATM
was hoping i wouldnt have to roll fenders, but at this point with the height i want to be at it will probably be needed. the springs in the ff type 1s are pretty soft so i dont want to be rubbing everywhere i go

you guys know anyone with the socal 3" quads with a base bumper? only saw one guy in the socal quads feeler thread, and it looked decent.

^ Agreed, I think the stage 3 & intake resonator removal sounds amazing. It really keeps the car in it's class.

Keep the car the way it is, save the money for college.

Or use the money to start a mutual fund portfolio and show how you can turn it into $$$ in 10 years.

Your gonna need more than a roll on those fenders. Should have gone 8.75 or less aggressive on the offset. Sounds like a decent plan. Dont waste money on performance upgrades its to expensive for the return. I would save for college too.

Welcome and congrats!

As Ross stated before, I would do the A-Spec kit next. If you can't afford the full kit, just start with the front lip. From there you can do the exhaust and headlight/taillight stuff

Lets see some pictures

Yes it will fit but you will have to use a heat gun like some members on the tabs to bend them a bit or you can just use some muscle and pop it in place. It doesnt require much force and it wont break, but people seem to believe it is a half ass job.
