New to me--'08 WDP TL-S 6MT

Hi All!
I recently joined this forum while doing research on the 04-08 Acura TL's. I ended up picking one up (08 TL-S 6MT with 73K) finally October 2013. I got it for cheap, but it needed a lot of TLC. I sold my 2000 k20a Civic track car (that I still miss!) around the same month.

Things I had to fix on the TL:
- Navi didn't work, replaced the DVD mechanism
- Bumpers were mis-aligned so I took them off and found out the spacers were gone. Bought new spacers and reinstalled them
- HID Harness hacked and was not working. Rewired to oem spec.
- Trashed, Console trim replaced
- Ghetto DIY shift boot replaced with OEM boot and knob from 09 TL 6MT
- Rear lower control arm bent, replaced (PO hit a curb)
- Idler pulley assembly replaced (was super loud!)
- Transmission mounts replaced
- Replaced Jpipe that had holes in it
- Deep clean inside and out (WAS FILTHY, I must have found a full bag of french fries).
- Replaced taillights with OEM Type S tails. (Had black and clear ones)
- Rear license plate bezel cracked, bought a new used one and replaced it along with rear camera

Mods I've done to current:
- HID yellow Fogs
- OEM window visors
- LED interior lights and rear licenses plate light
- A spec kit
- Rv6 Jpipe
- Nav2andTV2go
- USASPec ipod kit
- Tein SA
- SPC rear camber kit
- Enkei SBC NT03+M

My old CIVIC :

No real shots of my TL yet, but here's one from this morning with my cell phone:

Thanks! I can't believe someone would let a car like that get that bad.

I always like hearing stories of neglected machines being brought back to life. Sounds like a real winner owned it before you. That's too bad.

seems like a lot of work went into fixing her up. Must have been one hell of a deal on it to make it worth it. But she does look sexy man, great job on fixing her up

Welcome Glad to see you managed to restore it to its former glory.

I can't image letting a car getting that bad, especially somewhat of a special car.

+100,000 respect points.

You're an awesome new owner for that car. She'll appreciate the dedication and pay you back for it.

Looks super clean, love the color of the car. You may have solved my suspension dilemma as well.

I paid 13k flat for it. Put in a lot of time so it was well worth it.

Nice job! I love seeing other type-s' rescued, I rescued mine from a gross lady, I recently took my seats out and found what looked like a whole cup of coffee spilled and the remainder of some McDonalds food. Yuck.

Nice car btw, love the 6mt!

Thanks for the suggestion. That should save me if I ever loose my manual.

Thanks!, I found what looked like a large soda stain with sticky stuff that smelled RANCID under my rear seats. You could smell it from the trunk.

My last "needed" part to fix is the passenger front seat. It has some terrible rips and holes in it. I'm not sure what they did in that seat.....
