That doesn't make much sense to me unless it was like super far away. Otherwise fly and drive is the best method. Last car I bought I flew from Chicago to Philly and got back all within the same day :-)

After seeing how many miles a lot of TL's have on them these days it makes me happy to have found a one owner Type S with only 24K on the clock. I guess those are getting rarer by the day.

Haha yup. I'm Moddiction. Feels like it would be a sin to buy an auto car lol.

Awesome! You should post about your shift knobs on here…would love to see some test fits!

(If you don't have any test TLs yet, PM me! :wink

Back on topic: I think this is the best place to find 6 speed TL-S'.

I certainly wouldn't be scared away by those miles, but as far as price it might be an ok deal. I recently picked up my 08 type s with 24K miles from original owner in like new condition for $22k. Mines auto though as I had two type S's in stick and can't stand the tranny in these things. So difficult to drive IMO plus both had issues. Back to the auto for me!

I can't advertise unless I become a vendor. I might do that soon though I'll see.

I haven't driven one yet so no idea how the manual trans is. I'll find out soon I hope though!

All depends on what condition the vehicle is in. Best bet is to see what some others are going for (Autotrader or Cars.com) in similar condition and go from there. Use the A/T Type S since there are more of them out there and realize there will be a small premium for the MT version due to smaller supply. At the end of the day it's really what you are comfortable paying for what you are getting. High teens may be a fair price for this one if well taken care of.

i would look to pay between 17 and 18k for that. kbp being a super rare color and 6mt is pretty awesome. I would expect retail sticker at a dealer to be 20-22k for that. But that's just in my area.

For reference, 1 year ago I paid about $21k for my 07 6mt with 49k miles and it came with a set of snow tires and aftermarket wheels.

You can always search for a low mileage '06 6sp navi base. Pretty much the same thing with a slightly smaller engine. Still an amazing daily driver and would be more affordable probably.

Yeah I thought of that as well was going to look at an 05 navi 6 speed with 35k miles but was sold day before I could drive down to check it out. Was cheap! Around 14-15k I think.

how about this one not a stealer deal but not over price also. BTW if you need someone to check it out for you then I wouldn't mind.

Not the best pictures, but the paint does look very shiny!

Wow...I was toying with the idea of selling my WDP 07 TL-S Manual around the same time this thread began. I was running low on parking spots & I put it on eBay. Luckily, I ended up selling my 67 Riv & keeping the TL. I really would've been missing it by now...absolutely terrific daily driver. OP...good luck with the search...when you get one, you'll love it.
