I have a 2005 Acura TL RRP. I'm new to the site and have been trying to find time to get pics up, here they are. New car owner, I'm just 16. I added type-S taillights recently and that is the only mod that I think I have (the previous owners may have some that I am just not aware of).

Any advice, comments, facts about this car are greatly appreciated, I would love to learn more.

welcome to the site, you can register your color here https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-2004-2008-93/tl-owners-please-chime-855960/ thnx.

nice find, looks like you already got the A-spec kit the car looking great tho. All you need now is wheels and drop then you will be set for awhile BTW don't forget getting the window tinted.

Damn I love RRP

It looks like you are missing the A-Spec side skirts. I would look into getting those to finish the look and also cleaning those exhaust tips

I hate you for having the aspec already. Although I despise the rear aspec on our cars. Looks good!

Why do you have 2006 steering wheel emblem on a 2005?

Thanks everyone. And no, I didn't replace it, just cut out the baseball and put it over the original knob. I am not sure why I have an 06 emblem on the steering wheel, I didn't even know I did. And I will definitely look into the side skirts! And as for the exhaust tips, I've been trying to find some good quad exhaust tips that fit this so that will be next

What distinguishes an emblem on the steering wheel from 05 to 06? It looks the same as my 05 ??

Lucky find with the A-Spec kit already on. RRP is probably one of the discontinued colors so finding that kit would be pretty hard.

for being 16, too! Nowadays there a lot of teens on this site which tells me the TL is getting more affordable. Just be smart with your mods -- maybe consider getting a dark tint to make the red pop!

This thread will help give you some inspiration: Got RRP?

Check out http://www.socal-autosports.com/ for quads made for our TLs.

Can anyone tell me if I have the A-Spec complete, with side skirts and all? I'm new to TL's and this was how I bought it, so I'm not sure.

(Just by looking at the pictures above)

Nice whip bud. I'd consider getting rid of the pin stripe on the side as well.

He has complete A-spec kit, that side skirt is flare out it just the angle makes it look like it not flare out.

OP you can get us a side shot so we can look at it.

Welcome to Azine! Your car looks great and as most will say, RRP is a rare color so mod in good taste! From the one photo above, I would say you DO have the complete Aspec kit. Can you post a complete side shot of your car to confirm? Again welcome to the Zine and make sure you use that search button!

I would love to get an A-spec body kit, but sadly rear are discontinued and front/sides will be too.

I will have to choose a different color than get it painted.

Nice pickup, take car of it.
