Manual Transmission Fluid Change - how often?

How often do you need to change manual transmission fluid? I had mine changed to GM Synchromesh Friction Modified (solved the infamous 3rd gear issue) a little over two years ago and 24,000 miles. Is it time to get it changed? Shifting is fine but I do get a little notchiness every now and then - nothing serious but it's not quite at smooth as it was even a couple months ago.

I think 30k+ miles. Has it been cold up there, sometimes that causes it to get notchier.

Seems 25Kmi to 30Kmi is good.

Thanks everyone for the advice. I'll probably go ahead and change it some time this summer, IF I can find a GM dealer that's still in business!

I do mine every 40,000 miles. But then, I have never experienced any of the problems that others have had with their manual TL's.
