Looking to sup my 2004 Acura TL

To the OP I would sell the TL and buy a Civic. I had one before my TL. They're cheap to buy, cheap to run, cheap to maintain, cheap and easy to mod and a great vehicle for learning how to work on your own car.
Don't get me wrong, TLs are great cars, but they're not the kind of car you "soup up" (which by "soup up" I'm assuming you mean to make it look like something out of "The Fast and The Furious"). I did a lot of mods to my Civic, but I probably won't do hardly any to my TL, partly because mods to the TL are pretty expensive.
I'm not trying to give you a hard time, just honest advice. If you're looking for a car you can "soup up" I think you'd be a lot better off with something else. Or if you decide you really like the TL, take the money you were going to spend on mods and invest it like others on here said.

TeeRaw, I'm also 19 and have been modding my 04 TL. I've managed to do almost everything myself and found all the parts through Acurazine. So far I've gotten the Illuminated ACURA Door Sills from Supercomputers (one of the vendors here) and the Aluminum Racing Pedals also from Supercomputers. I got the Type-S Taillights and Rear sidemarkers from CurryAcura on eBay and All-Weather floor mats and trunk tray from AckTL (also a vendor). Found the Type-S rims from a member selling it on the black market here (a good place to look for parts). I changed all the interior dome lights and trunk light to white LED's and the door lights to blue LEDs (all from superbrightleds.com) to compliment the blue lighting in the car. I got the rear windows tinted 35%.. I'd do the fronts but not exactly legal in NH.
Ideally I'd like an A-Spec lip kit by summer and Megan Coilovers to eliminate the wheel gap without tucking the wheels. Also going to paint the front grill trim to match the Anthracite Metallic paint.
Anyways, best of luck to you, the TL is a really easy car to work on and you'll probably find the DIY section on Acurazine really useful as well.

If it's night time pictures than you will see the blue LED but the car is black and the sun is down so you won't really be able to see that my car is NBP lol
Blue interior LEDs everywhere, blue doors, blue door sills... Too much blue for my taste. Maybe blue on doors, blue sill, and white interior, but blue everything is just
