License plate relocation?

Hey guys, so I was thinking about moving my license plate because I want to be able to see the Acura logo underneath it. But, I'm not sure where to relocate it and how. Could you guys help me out? I believe it's illegal to not have a front plate. Thanks!

I was pulled over three days ago because my license plate was on the passenger side tucked behind the windshield. The cop gave me a verbal warning for it and let me go, but I still haven't screw it in front yet rofl

I think this is neat, mounts the bracket in the tow hook hole. Still havent decided if I want to do it though.

Side mounted license plate is one of the uglier mods I see guys do on this forum. It looks horrendous in any other spot other than the center where its supposed to go. If you live in a state that requires a front plate and enforces it leave it in the center or none at all. Here in IL two plates is required but they do not enforce it (well Chicago does but thats it), so I do not have a front plate and never had one and never been hassled.
Leave it centered!! Side mounted plate is soooo ugly.

I agree...center mount or take your chances without a plate at all.

A women backed into my car and popped the front plate bracket off and stripped the mounting threads.

The RHO plate was an easy fix.

it only looks good on the drivers side if it is VERY low like you buy mounting brackets and drill into the bumper and put it new the lower fog are. BUT it must be very low. The RHO is so high and looks out of plate. My state requires a plate but whatever I risk it. If i get a ticket I will prob put it in the center or get the motorized ones

Your car looks amazing don't get me wrong but the plate being off center just steals the entire front of your car. The only way I can think of describing what I'm saying is like a huge zit or something on your face.... You just can't stop looking at it lol.

I know this is old thread but there are like couple thread about this relocating license plate.

Should we create a new thread for pictures of relocating license plate. Or combine these couple threads?
