If you want to know lease prices you need to include A LOT more info. Which MT6 navi or non? What term? What milage? What sale price on the car? Any options? Any money down? There are a few other threads that I posted in with residuals and money factors and a link to a calculator to calculate your monthly payment.

sales price on car= $33,195.00
no options
Have to pay all sales tax 8.5% NYS sales tax because leases are no more in NYS so the only amount down is the sales tax ($2821.00)
figure the MF to be 5%

507.99 with the bank fee rolled into the lease. Honestly 36 is not a good lease for the car, you would be far better off at 42 months. Which would yield a $458.28 payment. The residual is only 2% less on the MF is half a percent less at 42 months. It is the sweet spot on the lease for this car. Here is the calculator you need to do the calculations.
