Oh yeah, my TL-S 17" wheels + Dunlop SP 5000 Sports are officially for sale. Don't think I'll need them anymore.

It smoothes and straightens the airflow as it leaves the underbody of the car. It improves the aerodynamics of the car. This is also a feature of the TSX, but not of the Accord.
