Seriously, this is pointless. Toss the car on a Dyno and find out for real, no wind, you can control resistance, you don't worry about a felony stop and it's safe.

I have a AT 04 TL it's not governed at 135, it stops at 160 and will not go any higher. Once the car reaches 160 it stops accelerating and the rpms stop rising.

I doubt unless your car is highly modified it has enough WHP to actually hit 160. Takes a lot of power to overcome the aerodynamic forces at those speeds. My Chevelle was making pretty decent power and I had 3.08 gears and couldn't get past the low 140s (based on tire height, rpm and gearing) due to drag.

Bruh... A 3600 pound vehicle can easily hit 160mph, with its whopping 250hp at the crank...

What does the TL weigh exactly is it 3600?? Ive shed about 150 lbs or so

Limiter is 150mph on an '06. You know when you hit it because its just like fuel cutoff at redline.
