Yeah, I wonder though if it may need some excessively long cure time because of your ambient humidity and temperature.
Can you bring it into work and park it in a vacuum chamber to pull down and get the glue to fully offgas?

Use a strong glue like the goop mentioned above.
Its now a solid plastic. Nothing to crack.
With the time you’ve spent on this project. I feel it would have been better time spent by just replacing the dash.
I bet it could be done in less than a days work.

I'm almost to the point to tell you to put one tiny finishing nail over where it's coming up and just put a dot of black paint on it after.
Dash is ruined, nothing to loose now, and if it looks decent, heck! Go for it!
You're ultimately getting a new dash anyway at this rate.

It shows what's involved with a dash removal:

The Coverlay is separating from the dash where the front windshield is, in between the tweeters. It's about three feet wide. I am gluing the center speaker portion down now, and will remove the weights tomorrow night, after being on the Coverlay for 30 hours. I hope that is enough time.
I still have not resigned myself to the new OEM dash yet. I'm hoping this works. If not, well, either I live with it, get a new OEM dash, or get a used TLX A-spec.

Not the Acura Camry A-SPEC!
Zetas suggested thread is two years old, and the OP there only spent $150 on the dash.
Perhaps use O-rings/grommets on all dash securing bolts to
allow for play?
Crossing my fwangas that the glue works for you!

I'm assuming coverlay is separating from the dash because of play in it...like it is bowing up. I was suggesting bracing it so it can't.
I don't understand though, if it's a solid piece and hard plastic to cover the dash...shouldn't it just sit on the dash? Shouldn't the glue just
ensure it doesn't vibrate and move?

I am planning on calling the manufacturing expert at Coverlay on Monday morning to figure out why it's doing that, and to see if they have anyone that knows the expansion rate vs. temperature graph, etc.

I mean people talk so much shit as if it's a shag carpet...
would I have preferred the look of OEM pretty brand new dash?! Sure...at what cost and trouble though. Then when I saw the replacement start cracking
I realized I didn't hate the suede enough to ever go down that road again. Not giving a fuck about the dash cracking anymore was a pretty priceless feeling.

Oh! So I figured out that so far, I am not going to add more glue to the front center where the front window vents are near the windshield. That is prime expansion and contraction real estate. It's noticeable to my OCD ass, but not all that much. I'm satisfied for now. Now if the airbag cover starts warping, I'm filling in the cracks and foam patches and inquiring about a vinyl or leather wrap for the dash.

Might be time to think about a VIP table to mount on the dash. Help cover up the busted up parts. Plus a place to put your dong pump and salt pipe.
