How to program valet key if I have my other 2 fey fobs?

How to program valet key if I have my other 2 fey fobs?
I have read many posts. Many with misleading information. Can I do this myself and what is the procedure? or is this a dealer only programming. My other 2 key fobs are programmed, just need to program the valet key now.

You can program the valet key? Isn't that just a stand-alone key?

it has a transponder to start the car, thats what i need programmed to the car.
